Intermediate/Advanced Classes

Once a child starts working on back handsprings, tucks, whips, fulls and more we recommend they take two classes a week.  It is very difficult for a child to progress once they start working on advanced skills when taking one class a week and often the child experiences frustration when they can’t get the skill they keep practicing. In the past year we really emphasized the 2x/week classes for the intermediate and advanced girls and all the girls that participated 2x/week made impressive improvements compared to what they were able to do when taking just once a week. The type of muscle memory, strength and coordination required to learn these skills needs to be practiced at least twice a week or even more.
